Green Goddess Wednesday September 23rd (6:30pm-9:30pm) Go GREEN- by learning how to bring green veggies into your kitchen this spring by making delicious vitamin and mineral rich recipes. You will learn different preparation methods on how to incorporate "greens" into simple recipes or how to enjoy them alongside a main dish. You will also learn how to sneak them into a recipe or two for the fussy ones in the family!
Blend Your Way to Health Wednesday September 30th (6:30pm-9:30pm) Learn how to make simple "blended" meals. You will learn how to make delicious recipes that blend together to make healthy meals that will satisfy your hunger. Whether it is a morning smoothie, a simple soup puree or a dip - you will find out how easy it is to blend your way to health!
